Principle of the assay: </b<This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antibody specific for MG7-Ag. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for MG7-Ag and incubated. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of MG7-Ag bound in the initial step.
